In the municipal term of “Les Coves de Vinromà in Castellón” in the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, the farm is made up of sandy clays and calcareous conglomerates of origin in the middle Miocene.
Our vineyards located in the enclave of the estate "la cantera" whose name owes to the ancient manufacture of clay pitchers consist of 20 ha of which 8.2 ha are dedicated to the cultivation of different varieties.
Our proximity to the Mediterranean gives our wines the salinity, freshness and necessary character that, together with the calcareous soils, provide the personality and friendliness that the wine offers.
Our winery located within the same vineyards gives us the necessary proximity that allows us to process the grapes in a few minutes after harvesting, guaranteeing its maximum freshness and integrity at all times.
