Excellence
Vizuecos Excellence is a single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, born in calcareous terroir bordering on the Mediterranean, which represents a spectacular combination, and it can be said that it is a vineyard or estate wine, even from a plot.
After maceration with its own fine lees for about 5 months, the wine rests for a period of 10 months in fine-grained, gently toasted French oak barrels to fully respect the expression of the fruit, in which the wine is stabilized. wine and further enhances its organoleptic qualities, thus obtaining a complex wine that faithfully reflects the area where it was born, fresh and powerful.
Later it goes to the bottle where it completes its refinement until it is ready to taste it
Intense cherry color, medium-high layer, clean and bright.
On the nose it offers aromas of spices, pepper, red and green pepper and cloves as primary aromas, giving way to toast, tobacco and cocoa as tertiary aromas.
On the palate it is powerful, well structured and broad, with a freshness and tannins that promise a long life.
A good barbecue, spicy dishes, roast suckling lamb, oxtail and oily fish
